Shipping Areas

We offer delivery throughout Quebec within a maximum radius of 160 km from our store. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery distance:

  • 0 to 25 km: $125
  • 25 to 50 km: $150
  • 50 to 75 km: $175
  • 75 to 100 km: $200
  • 100 to 160 km: $300

For deliveries outside this area or elsewhere in Canada, please contact our team for a personalized shipping quote.

Order Processing Times

Processing times vary depending on the type of product ordered:

  • Ceramic Tile: 5 to 7 business days
  • Laminate and Floating Flooring: 5 to 7 business days
  • Vinyl Flooring: 5 to 7 business days
  • Hardwood and Engineered Hardwood Flooring: 3 to 6 weeks
  • Installation Products and Accessories: 1 to 2 business days

Once your order is received, one of our advisors will contact you to confirm your order details, verify product availability, and ensure that everything is complete before processing.

Delivery Conditions

Delivery times may vary depending on the product ordered, inventory availability, and delivery location.

Standard deliveries are made to ground level only.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Deliveries to upper floors;
  • Deliveries requiring elevator service;
  • Difficult access or special delivery conditions.

The customer, or an authorized representative, must be present to receive the merchandise at the time of delivery.

Inspection of Merchandise

Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery.

If any item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution.

Any return request or claim must be made within 30 days of receiving the merchandise. Returned merchandise must be physically received at our store before the expiration of this 30-day period.

Out-of-Stock Products

If a product becomes unavailable after your order has been confirmed, your advisor will contact you to discuss the available options, including:

  • A similar or equivalent product;
  • An extended lead time if a restocking date is available;
  • A refund if none of the proposed alternatives meet your expectations.

In-Store Pickup

Free in-store pickup is available.

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. When picking up your order, please bring your order confirmation and invoice.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional charges may apply if an incorrect address results in extra transportation or handling costs.
